8 broiler chicken legs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Mix all the ingredients in the recipe. Pour the mixture over the chicken legs and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking tin with a lid or foil, place in the oven, and bake for 35–40 minutes, last 7–8 minutes without the cover.
The same marinade is also perfect for marinating pork ribs.
